Stephen and Beresford provided an insightful takeaways on the palladium price outlook:

  • How is the palladium price likely to be impacted in these uncertain times?
  • Have we passed ‘peak palladium’?
  • How will pent-up auto demand (from semiconductor chip shortages) play out?
  • Do significant upward revisions in battery electric vehicle production indicate long-term palladium auto demand destruction?
  • When will the geographically diverse palladium supply growth overshoot medium-term demand?

In addition, Beresford presented the latest issue of The Palladium Standard. This highly sought-after publication provides SFA’s market view and collates all the key industry data and indicators for the past 12 months.

Our 2021 publication features articles on the global semiconductor chip shortage and an overview of the security of global palladium supply including stocks, plus a special 20-year review of the palladium market. A copy was provided to all delegates of the online event.
