Expertise and career highlights
Linxiao leads SFA’s research in battery metals markets and supply chains in China. He has deep expertise in global energy markets, energy and climate policies, and energy transition. He has also worked with multinational clients on analysing the rare earth supply chains in China. Linxiao previously worked at the International Energy Agency and holds a Master’s degree, in international political economy, from Georgetown University.
