SOUTH AFRICA: COVID-19 hits North West mining industry hard

BOJANALA - The mining industry in the North West province has been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Deputy President David Mabuza visited the province this week to assess its readiness to deal with the crisis. Mabuza said partnerships between traditional leaders, mining companies and the provincial government will improve contact tracing in the province, curbing the spread of the deadly coronavirus.
